Dr. Dominique L. Gadson is a licensed clinical social worker and credentialed CSAYC (Certified Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician) with extensive experience providing trauma-informed treatment, advocacy, and rehabilitative care for youth impacted by sexual behavior concerns, complex trauma, and family systems disruption. With over a decade of field experience, Dr. Gadson integrates clinical expertise with system-aware advocacy, working at the intersection of child welfare, behavioral health, and restorative intervention.
Dr. Gadson currently serves as a Home-Based Therapist and Clinical Consultant in Indiana, where she provides direct therapeutic services, family reunification support, and clinical documentation aligned with DCS standards. Her approach is grounded in relational accountability, cultural humility, and a strengths-based model that honors both survivor safety and the rehabilitative needs of youth with sexually maladaptive behaviors.
