Dr. Dominique L. Gadson is a licensed clinical social worker and credentialed CSAYC (Certified Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician) with extensive experience providing trauma-informed treatment, advocacy, and rehabilitative care for youth impacted by sexual behavior concerns, complex trauma, and family systems disruption. With over a decade of field experience, Dr. Gadson integrates clinical expertise with system-aware advocacy, working at the intersection of child welfare, behavioral health, and restorative intervention.

Dr. Gadson currently serves as a Home-Based Therapist and Clinical Consultant in Indiana, where she provides direct therapeutic services, family reunification support, and clinical documentation aligned with DCS standards. Her approach is grounded in relational accountability, cultural humility, and a strengths-based model that honors both survivor safety and the rehabilitative needs of youth with sexually maladaptive behaviors.

A graduate of Simmons University (MSW) and Walden University (PhD in Human and Social Services with a focus in Conflict Management & Negotiation), Dr. Gadson blends academic rigor with lived advocacy. Her doctoral research focused on digital media's influence on risk behaviors among vulnerable populations, reflecting her broader mission to address both individual healing and systemic transformation.

As a CSAYC and trauma-responsive leader, Dr. Gadson actively collaborates with state partners, schools, and community organizations to advance policies and practices that reduce harm, promote healthy development, and interrupt cycles of abuse and displacement. She is committed to ethical rehabilitation, youth voice, and elevating family-informed care within the broader advocacy landscape.
