Dr. Dominique Lache

Dr. Dominique WR Laché, PhD, MSW, LSW, CSAYC, is a Leadership Systems Strategist, Licensed Social Worker, Certified Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician, applied researcher, and U.S. Army Veteran with more than a decade of experience spanning behavioral health, child and family services, organizational strategy, conflict resolution, and systems change.

Dr. Laché earned her PhD in Human and Social Services with a specialization in Conflict Management and Negotiation from Walden University. Her work integrates trauma-informed practice, applied research and evaluation, organizational strategy, and implementation to strengthen the systems serving children, families, professionals, and communities.

Her clinical and youth-services experience includes home-based therapeutic services, family systems, youth with sexually maladaptive behaviors, behavioral health, child welfare, advocacy, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She brings this direct-service perspective into broader systems-level work focused on identifying implementation gaps, strengthening organizational capacity, and translating research into sustainable practice.

Dr. Laché is also the founder of Dr. Dominique Laché Strategic Consulting, where she supports organizations and community partners through strategy, implementation, evaluation, facilitation, curriculum development, and systems transformation. Her approach centers accountability, human-centered leadership, and building systems capable of effectively delivering the outcomes they are designed to achieve.

Her community leadership includes service on advisory boards and civic organizations addressing mental health, domestic violence, guardianship, housing and community development. Across her clinical, research, consulting, and civic work, Dr. Laché remains committed to strengthening systems while preserving the dignity and humanity of the people within them.
